Q: What are the different options I may choose to participate in your program?
There are four different levels of Participation.
- ICF INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
- ICF CUSTOMER
- ICF SALES REP
- ICF FREE MEMBER
Q: What is an ICF INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR?
- This prospect will choose to purchase a Home Plan of their choice, and the Reseller Starter Kit.
- Doing this, they will earn Customer Rewards, Gain Sharing and are eligible to receive G.P.T. Commissions based upon sales they create, or sales that are created by their Sales Team.
- An Independent Contractor will purchase a Prepaid Home of their choice. When they do this, they are automatically placed into ICF WORLD HOMES INC. Customer Rewards’ program (formerly known as Phase I) as well as the ICF WORLD HOMES INC. Gain Sharing Commissions program.
- An Independent Contractor agrees to pay the monthly payment of whatever Home Plan they chose to purchase. They understand that their monthly payment may be offset from a combination of their Customer Rewards Commission and their Gain Share Commissions. If their Customer Rewards Commission and their Gain Share Commissions are not enough to offset the monthly payment, the Independent Contractor agrees to pay the difference.
- By purchasing the Reseller Starter Kit, the Independent Contractor also has the right to create sales. By creating sales, they will earn G.P.T. Commissions which are paid out weekly.
- They also may earn Level 2, 3, 4, and 5 - G.P.T. commissions from sales or upgrade sales being created by their Sales Team.
Q: What is an ICF Customer?
- An ICF Customer will purchase a Prepaid Home of their choice. When they do this, they are automatically placed into ICF WORLD HOMES INC. Customer Rewards’ program (formerly known as Phase I).
- A customer agrees to pay the monthly payment of whatever Prepaid Home they choose to purchase. They understand that their monthly payment may be offset from their Customer Rewards Commission. If their Customer Rewards Commission is not enough to offset the monthly payment, the Customer agrees to pay the difference.
- They ARE NOT placed into Phase II or Phase III. This means they do not earn Gain Sharing Commission, nor can they create a sale or earn G.P.T. Commission’s.
- An ICF Customer has back office access, which allows them to see the growth of their business and get important updates.
- The Inviter of this sale will earn G.P.T. Commissions from this sale, and they do earn volume from this sale for their Phase II.
- A Customer may choose to upgrade to an “Independent Contractor” at any time. To do this, they would simply purchase the Reseller’s Starter Kit. At which time they would now be able to participate in Gain Sharing (Phase II), and be able to sell Prepaid Home and earn G.P.T. Commissions.
Q: What is an ICF Sales Rep?
- A prospect who chooses to participate at this option, DOES NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT. They will only purchase the Reseller Starter Kit.
- By purchasing the Reseller Starter Kit, the ICF Sales Rep also has the right to create sales. By creating sales, they will only earn Level 1 - G.P.T. Commission which is paid out weekly.
- They ARE NOT placed into Phase I or Phase II. This means they do not earn Gain Sharing Commission or the benefits of Customer Rewards.
- They DO NOT earn Level 2, 3, 4, or 5 - G.P.T. Commission.
- This also means the Inviter does not earn volume in Phase II from this sale. Nor does this sale count towards volume for the Inviter in the Customer Rewards Program.
- They have the option of choosing to either have their G.P.T. commissions paid out to them directly, or to be held by ICF WORLD HOMES INC. If they choose to have ICF WORLD HOMES INC. hold their G.P.T. commission it would be held until they had enough to cover the cost of our Pre-Paid Foundation. At which time they would be upgraded to Independent Contractor and start benefiting from Customer Rewards and Gain Sharing. They would be placed Phase I and Phase II under their Inviter at that time.
- An ICF Sales Rep may choose to upgrade to be an “Independent Contractor” at any time. To do this, they would simply purchase a Prepaid Home of their choice. At which time they would now be able to participate in Gain Sharing (Phase II) and Customer Rewards (Phase I).
- h. Any Prepaid Home sales created by an ICF Sales Rep, will be credited to the Inviter’s Customers’ Rewards Program and/or Gain Sharing (Phase II) volume. Inviter will earn Level 2, 3, 4, and 5 - G.P.T. commissions from the sale created by the ICF Sales Rep.
Q: How many products do I need to purchase to make this work for me?
ICF WORLD HOMES INC. recommends that a prospect only purchase one product. You do not need to own multiple products to achieve your goal faster.
Q: How many products may I purchase?
A Participant may own a maximum of 7 products. You may only own 2 Pre-paid Foundation Models for each Pre-paid Emerald product you purchase.
Example: You may own 1 Pre-paid Emerald Model, and two Pre-paid Foundation Models, or you may own 1 Pre-paid Foundation Model. You many not own 2 Pre-paid Foundation Models only.
Q: What is an ICF FREE MEMBER?
- By selecting this option, a prospect will have the right to create sales. By creating sales, they will earn G.P.T. Commissions which are HELD.
- G.P.T. Commissions are held until enough have accrued to cover the cost of the Pre-Paid Foundation and the Reseller Starter Kit. At which time, the ICF Free Member would be upgraded to an Independent Contractor.
- They ARE NOT placed into Phase I or Phase II. This means they do not earn Gain Sharing Commission or the benefits of Customer Rewards.
- They ARE NOT placed into Phase I or Phase II. This means they do not earn Gain Sharing Commission or the benefits of Customer Rewards.
- They DO NOT earn Level 2, 3, 4, or 5 - G.P.T. Commission.
- This also means the Inviter does not earn volume in Phase II from this sale. Nor does this sale count towards volume for the Inviter in the Customer Rewards Program.
- Any Prepaid Home sales created by a Free Member, will be credited to the Inviter’s Customers’ Rewards Program and/or Gain Sharing volume. The Inviter will earn Level 2, 3, 4, and 5 - G.P.T. commissions from the sale created by the Free Member.
Q: What is an ICF Starter Kit?
This is a tool that is needed for a participant who is serious about creating sales and growing their business.

Q: What if I don’t know my sponsor/inviter’s I.D.?
Before you continue with the sign up process, you need to contact your sponsor/inviter and ask them for their Product I.D. #.
Q: Can I sign up without a Sponsor/Inviter’s I.D.#?
Yes, but your sale will be placed under the ICF WORLD HOMES INC. Corporate Sales Team. The Member who introduced you to this program, will not get any credit or commissions for your sale.
Q: If I am having trouble with the sign up process, is there someone I can call?

Q: What happens after I sign up?
You will receive an email sent to you immediately. In this email, you will receive a welcome letter from ICF WORLD HOMES INC., as well as the link to your own self-replicating website and the password that you created when you signed up. You will receive a temporary number, and your Product I.D.# will be issued when your payment is received at Head Office.
Q: I signed up but I did not receive my welcome email, what do I do?

COMPENSATION
Q: How do you calculate the maximum amount of Customer Rewards a Participant may earn?
32 Company sales must come in after you made your purchase for you to qualify for Customer Rewards.
32 Company sales up to a maximum of 64 sales, x volume x 2% after month 1 – (minus) monthly payment.
The balance x 75% is what the Customer will receive.
Q: How many levels are there in Gain Sharing (Phase II)?
You earn volume for up to 10 levels of sales in your Sales Team.
Q: Do Customers, Independent Contractors, ICF SALES REP, ICF CUSTOMERS and ICF Free Members have to do anything to receive their commission? If yes, what is the process?
Yes, they must submit their banking info to ICF WORLD HOMES INC. via their back office.
International Members may use Alertpay or PayPal.
Q: Do I have to create a sale to earn Commissions?
No, in Customer Rewards Gain Sharing, your volume is based on Company sales coming in Company Wide. Your Volume cannot exceed 32 sales in a given month, up to a maximum of 64 sales only and it is capped.
In Phase II Gain Sharing, you can earn Sales Volume from the Spillover Effect. Your volume grows by Prepaid Home sales taking place in your Sales Team down to ten levels only.
Q: ICF Customer receives Customer Rewards for how long?
As long as you choose to stay in the program.
Q: How long will it take for me to payoff my mortgage or pay cash for my home?
The length of times depends upon the efforts of you and your sales team. You decide how much time you wish to participate to build your home. This will determine how fast you achieve your goal.
Q: Do all participants benefit from Phase II Gain Sharing?
No, only Independent Contractors are put into the Phase II Gain Sharing.
Q: What does an ICF CUSTOMER earn?
An ICF CUSTOMER will earn Customer Rewards, which if enough sales take place, can offset their monthly payment.
Q: Does ICF WORLD HOMES INC. guarantee I will never have to pay the monthly payment for the Prepaid Foundation?
No. As long as 32 sales are taking place each month at your Prepaid Home level or higher, your monthly payment is offset.
Q: What happens if 32 sales do not take place at my Prepaid Home level?
The member would be responsible for making the monthly payment. The difference between the Gain Sharing and the monthly payment required is due from the Member.
Q: Am I locked into a contract?
No. A participant (Member) may resign at any time they choose. They just need to mail a notice to us in writing, stating their desire.
Q: What is G.P.T.?
G.P.T. stands for Get Paid Today. This is commissions paid out weekly for Prepaid Home sales you directly create, or sales created by your sales team, five levels deep.
Q: How often are Customer Rewards and Phase II Gain Sharing paid out?
They are paid out once a month, between the 15th and 20th. Depending upon your financial institution, you will see it either on the day it was paid out, or it may take up to 2-3 business days to show up in your account.
Q: I live outside of Canada, how do I get paid?
International Members, may choose to get paid either by Alertpay, Paypal, or by cheque which would be sent out in the mail.
Q: How do I notify ICF WORLD HOMES INC. how to pay me?
Members need to log into their Members Back Office Area, click on the Bank Info TAB that is located to the left side, and then enter the information requested for whatever manner they wish to be paid.
Q: How can 32 Company sales only be needed, to make the system work when there are 10,000 sales in the company?
This is a commonly made mistake; that the only money coming into the company is from new sales only. ALL Members are paying their monthly payment each month, so it is 10,000 members’ paying whatever their monthly payment is for the Prepaid Home Model they choose. Even though your Customer Rewards may be offsetting the payment, the money is still coming in each month for every Prepaid Home purchased.
Q: How do I know if my banking information was successfully received?
You may send an email in to: service@icfworldhomes.com and one of our representatives will be happy to verify that information for you.
Q: How does the matching bonus account work?
ICF World Homes Inc. has set up a 100% Matching Bonus. ICF World Homes Inc. will match the balance of the Members “Dream Home Account”, equal to the amount in the account at the time you call for a Matching Bonus. ICF World Homes Inc. will only match the Customer Rewards commission designated to your Dream Home Account.
GPT and/or Disposable Commissions and/or other bonuses are not matched by ICF World Homes Inc.
- Minimum match is $5000, and maximum match is based on what Prepaid Home Model you have chosen.

Q: What can the matching bonus be used for?
The matching bonus MUST be used for the one of the following:
- building an ICF World Home energy efficient home
- paying off an existing mortgage
- use the funds for a renovation or addition
- purchase a pre-existing energy efficient home
in accordance with ICF World Homes Inc.’ s standards.

Q: How can I Pay?

There you will find instructions on how to send payments in more detail.
Q: How long do I have to get payment to you?
- Payment MUST be into ICF WORLD HOMES head office within 7 days.
- If for some reason payment will not be in, Member must contact us and let us know how they sent the payment, and a tracking number.
- Payment must include Invoice # and/or Product ID#, and Product Level.
- Pay as an Electronic Bill payment, if using Scotiabank

Q: Do we accept credit cards?
Yes, only by using Paypal.
Q: Can I pay with Credit Card other then Paypal?
No
Q: What taxes do I have to pay when making a purchase?
All taxes that are payable, are calculated and will show up on the final screen of the sign up process.
Q: Will you send us confirmation of payment received?
No, but if you are using Paypal , Alertpay, or Interac Email, you will receive an email confirmation from them, letting you know your payment has been accepted.
Q: Is there anything I need to do once I send in my payment?
Yes. You must fax us proof of payment, by faxing a copy to (801) 315-4886. Payment must include Member Name, Product ID#, and Product Level.

Q: I lost or forgot my password. Can you send it to me?
Go to your website, and click on the Contact tab. There you will see an option to have your password resent to your email address. If this does not work, then send an email to techsupport@icfworldhomes.com
Q: My password is not working. Can you fix it?
Please make sure that you are not using capital letters or spaces in your username. If it is still not working email techsupport@icfworldhomes.com
Q: There is a spelling mistake in my name, how can I change this?
Q: I accidently signed up under the wrong sponsor. Can this be changed?
We do NOT change sponsorships, it is up to you to ensure you are using the correct Product I.D.# to make your purchase.
Q: I have an ICF product in my down line that I would like to purchase or sell. How do I do this?
Selling of products is prohibited. Members may choose to resign at any time, but may not resell their product.
Q: I entered the wrong email address when I signed up, so I did not receive the welcome letter. Can you resend it to my correct email address?
The Welcome Letter as well as other important documents are available in your back office.
Q: I can’t open the documents in the back office. What do I do?
Q: I have multiple accounts that I manage. When I try to login to a second account it brings me directly into my first account. What is wrong?
To login to a second account you need to completely close your browser and open a new window.
Q: I sold a Prepaid Home and they are not showing up in my down line report. What did I do wrong?
Generally this happens when the person you signed up entered your Product ID# incorrectly. Either they used capital letters or put a space in the ID#. Please email techsupport@icfworldhomes.com to get this fixed.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q: Do we have to utilize Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) Construction when we are renovating or building?
No, this means any renovations or additions to an existing building should be constructed with energy efficiency as the result of your project. Hopefully by the time homes, additions, renovations are being built we will have shown the important benefits of using an ICF building system where possible, for it delivers the a higher energy rating for any wall system per dollar.
Q: What Model should I start with?
Start with the Prepaid Home Model that bests fits your budget and then you may upgrade to any of the other Prepaid Homes, when you feel the time is right for you.
Q: Can I put my membership in my will?
Your Product ID# is willable to your family and/or heirs to ensure a quality life for them that you have created for them for generations to come.
Q: Who is in charge of the money?
Members are responsible to maintain their own funds for the purpose of building an ICF World Home energy efficient home or paying off an existing mortgage or to use the funds for a renovation or addition or to purchase a pre-existing energy efficient home in accordance with ICF World Homes Inc.’ s standards, ICF Policies and Guidelines.
Q: Are ICF Homes energy efficient?
ICF HOMES are environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Using ICF construction methods, we us less trees and resources in the building of our homes, while at the same time delivering an energy efficient home. *NOTE: search ICF through Google for many sources of the ICF building system benefits.
